By using FlagStarGirls (the "Site"), you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

The Site is for coaches, parents/guardians, and high-school-age athletes. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must confirm your profile before it becomes public, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and profiles

Profile information should be accurate. A guardian's confirmation of a profile is a representation that they are the player's parent or legal guardian and consent to the profile being made public.

Star ratings

Star ratings and composite scores are generated by our published methodology, or in some cases set directly by an administrator, which is clearly labeled when it occurs. Ratings are informational only and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of recruitment, scholarship offers, or any athletic or academic outcome.

Official offers

"Official offer" listings are entered by an administrator after a good-faith effort to confirm the offer is genuine. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any offer listing and are not a party to any recruiting relationship between a player and a school.

Verified profiles and payment

A "Verified" badge may be purchased for a profile. Payment is processed by Square under Square's own terms. [Refund policy to be added] We reserve the right to remove a Verified badge if payment cannot be confirmed.

Public content and conduct

Team "shoutout wall" posts are public and are not private messages. Do not post anything abusive, harassing, false, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content and to restrict access to the Site.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original content are owned by FlagStarGirls. Content you submit (such as a shoutout post) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us the right to display it publicly on the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by third parties, including schools, coaches, or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlagStarGirls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law
